As I work towards my goal of building a workout streak, I’ve had some crazy realizations. I used to think that working out meant spending an hour and a half to two hours at the gym daily. That mindset often made it hard to stay motivated and consistent.
Short and Effective Workouts
This time around, I’m changing it up. I’m focusing on just a few exercises and keeping my workouts under 30 minutes. This shorter duration is helping me stay motivated and not feel completely exhausted, making it easier to look forward to the next day’s workout. I’m still feeling a bit sore, but it’s manageable and keeps me motivated.
Different Strokes for Different Folks
I believe that different people respond to workouts differently. Some can train for long periods and recover quickly, while others, like me, benefit more from shorter, intense bursts. Finding what works best for your body is key to staying consistent and motivated.

Thanks for following along on my journey. Let’s keep pushing towards our goals, one day at a time!
